How can I join the Community?
Thank you for your interest! To join our community you must meet 3 requirements. 1: Be at least 13 years old. 2: Make an account on this website. 3: Join our discord server. Yep. It's that easy. Social links are at the top of the page (in the menu on mobile devices). Once you're on the discord AND the website, you can ask a staff member for the Verified Member badge on the website.
How can I contact you?
There are several ways you can get in touch with us. The preferred ways are as follows:
1: Discord: We are always on our discord and will likely respond immediately.
2: This site. Yep. We have a messaging feature that you can use to contact us, though we can not guarantee a quick response.

How do I verify my age?
To verify your age first contact a staff member, (not admins or mods). We will ask you to take a photo of you holding a piece of paper with the words "phoenix gaming" and the current date. You'll then need to give us a picture of a photo ID with your face and date of birth on it (you can cover any other information)
Your information will only be used to verify your age, and only our staff will have access to it. Your personal information will NOT be saved in whole or in part. (its the same way you verify your age on roblox)
What are the automod settings on discord?
We use a combination Carl Bot and our own to moderate the server. Settings include
links - only a few are allowed;
swear words - racial slurs and flat out insults are banned.
Attatchments- 5 per message or warn
Mentions - 5 mentions per 4 seconds or warn & tempmute for 120 minutes
3 warnings - mute for 1 week
