How can I join the Community?
To join our community you only need to join our discord server (note you must be at least 13 years old). Yep, It's that easy. Social links are at the top & bottom of the page (in the menu on mobile devices). You can also become a member of this website and receive the Verified Member badge on the website and discord.
How can I contact you?
There are several ways you can get in touch with us. We prefer you reach out to us on discord because we cannot guarantee a response anywhere else; however you can email support@phoenixgaming.info

How do I verify my age?
To verify your age first contact a staff member, (not admins or mods). We will ask you to take a photo of you holding a piece of paper with the words "phoenix gaming" and the current date. You'll then need to give us a picture of a photo ID with your face and date of birth on it (you can cover any other information)
Your information will only be used to verify your age, and only our staff will have access to it. Your personal information will NOT be saved in whole or in part. (its the same way you verify your age on roblox)
What are the automod settings on discord?
We use Carl Bot to moderate the server. Settings include
links - only a few are allowed;
swear words - racial slurs and flat out insults are banned.
Attatchments- 5 per message or warn
Mentions - 5 mentions per 4 seconds or warn & tempmute for 120 minutes
3 warnings - mute for 1 week
